马晓梅，山东招远人，副教授，入选“青岛大学特聘教授”、“青岛大学卓越青年人才”，化学工程与技术学科（学术学位）、材料与化工学科（专业学位）硕士研究生导师。2004年博士毕业于上海交通大学；2008年12月至2009年6月受山东省教育厅“优秀骨干教师国际合作培养”项目资助，在加拿大多伦多大学化学系做访问学者。是教育部创新团队成员，山东省泰山学者梯队成员，2011计划山东省协同创新中心成员。
主要从事绿色及天然高分子柔性功能材料、天然高分子气凝胶/膜/纤维材料、高分子智能材料、纳米及纳米复合材料、特殊及新型表面活性剂的合成及应用、功能和绿色抗菌/洗涤产品开发等研究工作。在国内外主流刊物发表学术论文70多篇，其中50余篇被sci(ei)收录；获授权发明专利10余项。主持和参与完成国家自然科学基金、国家“863”计划、山东省优秀中青年科学家奖励基金及横向课题等多项课题，主持和参与在研横向项目3项。与中科院国家纳米科学中心、中科院青岛生物能源与过程研究所、上海交通大学、清华大学深圳研究生院、青岛浩普科技有限公司、青岛福诺化工科技有限公司等建立了长期合作关系。
